Dear RPCV Members,

You are invited to attend the Rural Press Club of Victoria Annual General Meeting to be held virtually.

Time: 8.30am

On receiving your registration, we’ll email through relevant nomination forms should you be interested in taking on a committee role.  Nominations for office bearers are due no later than Wednesday, November 18, 2020.

We’ll also send through log-in details for the virtual AGM once you have registered.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Rural Press Club of Victoria (RPC Victoria Inc) will be held at 8,30am on Thursday, November 19, 2020 in a virtual forum.

BUSINESS
1. To receive and adopt the minutes, of the AGM held January 23, 2020.
2. To receive and adopt the Financial Statements for year ended 30thJune 2020.
3. To receive and adopt the Presidents Report for year ended 30thJune 2020.
4. To elect the following Office Bearers:

7. Hon Treasurer
8. Hon Secretary
9. Executive Committee Members
