This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for members of the Rural Press Club of Victoria (RPC Victoria Inc).

To attend, or nominate for committee or office bearer positions, please contact admin@ruralpressclubvictoria.com.au

On receiving your registration to attend, we’ll email through relevant documents and login details for the meeting.

Nominations for committee are due no later than 12noon Wednesday 15 November, 2023.

Business

1. To receive and adopt the minutes, of the AGM held November, 2022.
2. To receive and adopt the Financial Statements for year ended 30 June 2023.
3. To receive and adopt the Committee Report for year ended 30 June 2023.
4. To elect the following Office Bearers:
   • President
   • Deputy President
   • Hon Treasurer
   • Hon Secretary
   • Executive Committee Members
