At Rural Press Club of Victoria, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. In such cases, we are happy to offer a full refund minus any processing or transaction fees incurred.
For ticketed events, customers can request a refund up to 10 business days before the event. Unfortunately, if the request is made less than 10 business days before the event, we will not be able to issue a refund.
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel an event, customers will receive a full refund (including transaction fees). We will process these refunds within five business days of the event cancellation notice.
To request a refund, please contact us at admin@ruralpressclubvictoria.com.au with your order details and reason for the refund. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that while we will process your refund promptly, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution’s policies.
