Melbourne Royal Show function with Federal Minister for Agriculture, Julie Collins

Melbourne Royal and the Rural Press Club of Victoria invite you to a Melbourne Royal Show function with special guest – Federal Minister for Agriculture, Julie Collins.

Minister Collins was first elected to Federal Parliament as the Member for Franklin at the 2007 election. She has served as a Cabinet Minister in the Gillard, Rudd and Albanese governments.

Following the Minister’s address, questions will be moderated by ABC Country Hour presenter, Warwick Long.

The Club suggests guests book early, as tickets are limited. Please note, working journalists will be given priority when asking questions.

Getting there

PEDESTRIAN AND RIDE DROP OFF: Entry available via all gates.

CAR: There are plenty of car parking options around Melbourne Showgrounds. Please refer to the Melbourne Royal Show website for details.

TRAIN: Metro trains run from Flinders Street Station, stopping at Southern Cross and North Melbourne stations.

TRAM: Route 57 from Stop 1 Elizabeth St/Flinders St to Stop 32 Sandown Rd/Epsom Rd. Extra trams run every day of the Show. Extra tram services on route 57 will run every day.

BUS: 404 and 472 services travel regularly to Melbourne Showgrounds precinct.
